Available Webview engines
Cocoon offers different Webview engines each one of them focused on a different development type. You can get more information about them here:
For Construct 2 we recommend Canvas+ due it’s awesome performance and small file size. But in the end, it’s up to you what to choose. You can change this at the “Settings” tab.
Upload a keystore file
CocoonIO allows you to upload a keystore file to directly sign and align your game. If you are not familiar what a keystore file is, please visit this tutorial and create a new keystore file. If you already have one, go to the config.xml tab and scroll down till ‘SIGNING’ and choose ‘Add new key’.
Enter your information and confirm with “Add”. Then choose the key for signing. This will be saved automatically.
After that, go back up and click on the small “Compile” button and your game will be compiled.
You will be notified via mail when the game is ready.
You will find also the download link to your files in this mail. Download, unzip and test your app. When you are satisfied, upload it directly to the store.
